Zavvi Unsigned Sound 08 in association with Hear No Evil Studios and the M Club is pleased to announce a brand new competition for 2008 open to all unsigned bands and artists. Entries are now closed but keep an eye on the website and The M Club Newslatter for updates on the heats, winners and what the bands are up to. |

Artists who are selected to take part in the heats and are selected for the final will get loads of help before to build their profile and fan base locally. The artists will be promoted online and on posters and flyers. They’ll get more coverage in local media. Their records will be distributed locally in shops and clubs, as well as online. Their music will be played every PRIMAL night at the M Club by the Indie/Rock DJs. They’ll get help with artwork and photos of the band. They’ll get regular gigs at the M Club as well as help getting gigs at other venues to build their fan base and develop their performance.  The winners will be offered a recording deal with Hear no Evil Records, receive equipment sponsorship and be given professional help to promote themselves even further. It’s not all one way, the artists will have to work really hard to get people to listen to their music, come down and see their performances and prove that their sound really is good enough. |
